For over 15 years, Lodi winegrowers have led the California wine industry in adopting environmentally friendly farming practices.
The bar was raised with the development of the Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing, California’s first set of appellation-wide sustainable viticultural standards.
Lodi Wine Country believes these standards will not only protect our land, our workers, and the community we live in, but will produce higher quality wines more reflective of the place and people that grew them.
Lodi Wine Country not only focuses on sustainability in our vineyards and wineries, but we understand the importance of greener practices in all we do. The beauty of Treasure Island and the surrounding Bay encourages us to protect our environment for future generations through sustainable practices. The upcoming Treasure Island WineFest will incorporate multiple green practices to ensure a Sustainable WineFest.
